Ajna Foundation was founded as a small community library with a single goal: to make knowledge accessible to the rural youth.

2005

Inaugurated our first mobile health clinic, serving over 50 remote villages that previously lacked basic medical access.

2012

Launched the ‘Shakti’ initiative, forming 200+ self-help groups for women’s financial independence and vocational training.

2024

Pioneering tech-enabled literacy centers and environmental sustainability projects across three states.
